Question 1

Can I get help with subjects other than math?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We cover Math, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), English, History, Computer Science, and more. Select your subject before submitting a problem, and the AI will use the appropriate solution format and reasoning approach for that discipline.

Question 2

How does Gradual Reveal mode work?

Accepted Answer

In Gradual Reveal mode, steps are hidden by default. Click 'Show Next Step' to reveal one step at a time. This encourages active thinking — try to figure out the next step yourself before revealing it. The progress counter shows how many steps you've revealed.

Question 3

What is Hint-Only mode?

Accepted Answer

Hint-Only mode gives you strategic hints about how to approach the problem without showing the full solution. It's perfect when you want to solve the problem yourself but need direction. You can always switch to full solution mode later.

Question 4

How do alternative methods work?

Accepted Answer

When enabled, the AI provides 2-3 different ways to solve the same problem. Each method is shown in its own tab with complete steps and answer. For example, a math problem might show algebraic, graphical, and numerical approaches.

Question 5

What are practice problems?

Accepted Answer

When you enable 'Generate Practice,' the AI creates 2-3 similar problems after solving your original question. Each practice problem has a hint and a reveal-answer button so you can try solving independently before checking.

Question 6

Is this cheating?

Accepted Answer

We designed this as a learning tool, not a shortcut. Features like gradual reveal, hint-only mode, and practice problems encourage active learning. Many teachers recommend similar tools as study aids when used responsibly.

Question 7

How accurate are the solutions?

Accepted Answer

Our AI is trained on verified academic content and uses advanced reasoning capabilities. However, we recommend using solutions to understand the approach and verify your own work rather than as a substitute for learning. Always double-check critical answers.

Question 8

What if the solution seems wrong?

Accepted Answer

AI can occasionally make errors, especially with complex calculations. If a solution seems incorrect, try resubmitting the problem or approaching it from a different angle. Always verify important answers independently, especially for graded assignments.
